In Case of Emergency During Opening Hours

We hold specific on the day emergency appointments If you are a registered patient of our practice, please telephone us at the earliest opportunity on the day you wish to be seen. Should we not need to use these appointments for any registered patient we will make these available to any non registered patients who may need emergency care.

In Case of Emergency Out of Hours ( for registered patients of the practice only)

For registered Private, Practice Membership Patients telephone the emergency rota service on 01243 958900. The service is answered directly from 9am to 9pm. Patients can leave a message at any time. Private patients will need to pay an out of hour fee of £150 plus the treatment costs. Practice Membership patients need to pay an out of hour fee of £150 plus the treatment fee and claim it back from the Practice Membership. This service is only available to registered Private and patients of this practice.
